保定市农村公共文化服务体系建设在基础设施建设和基层文化工作等方面取得一定成绩,但还存在一些问题,如文化服务体系建设存在体系结构不合理、发展路径不明确、机制不健全等,针对这些问题,从政府、村干部及农民三个层面分析了促进农村公共文化服务体系建设的措施,以期构建保定市农村公共文化建设的规范体系。 Some achievements have been made in infrastructure construction and grass-roots cultural work in Baoding, for example. However, there are still some problems in the construction of rural public cultural service system such as the irrational structure of the cultural service system, the unclear development path and the unsound mechanisms. These problems analyze the measures to promote the construction of public cultural service system in rural areas from three aspects: government, village cadres and peasants, with a view to constructing a standardized system of rural public cultural construction in Baoding.
