为了确定不同配合间隙,以及锥形销轴与柱形销轴的承载特性差别,选取3组不同形式的耳片接头试验件进行试验研究。结果表明,在相同支持和加载条件下,普通间隙的柱形销轴耳片与锥形销轴耳片的承载能力相当。加大间隙,柱形销轴耳片的承载能力略低于普通间隙柱形销轴耳片。与工程计算的破坏载荷相比,3组耳片均有一定的保守量,满足结构承载要求。
In order to determine the different fit clearance, and the difference between the bearing characteristics of conical pin and cylindrical pin, three different types of ear joint test pieces were selected for experimental study. The results show that under the same conditions of support and loading, the common clearance of the cylindrical pin and ear tapered pins bearing the same bearing capacity. Increase the gap, cylindrical bearing pin bearing capacity slightly lower than the average gap cylindrical pin ears. Compared with the engineering failure load, the three groups of ears have a certain amount of conservative to meet the structural load requirements.
