目的:观察青光眼视功能损害图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)的改变。方法:对青光眼组30例(57只眼),高眼压组21例(33只眼),正常对照组30例(60只眼),作了P-VEP以及相关的一些检测。结果:青光眼组P-VEP的P_(100)潜伏期比高眼压组和正常对照组明显延长,振幅AP_(100)比高眼压组和正常对照组降低。结论:P-VEP能客观地判定青光眼的视功能损害程度。
Objective: To observe the changes of visual evoked potentials (P-VEP) in glaucoma with impaired visual function. Methods: P-VEP and some related tests were performed in 30 eyes (57 eyes) of glaucoma group, 21 eyes (33 eyes) of high intraocular pressure group and 30 eyes (60 eyes) of normal control group. Results: The P_ (100) latency of P-VEP in the glaucoma group was significantly longer than that in the high IOP group and the normal control group. The amplitude AP_ (100) was lower than that of the high IOP group and the normal control group. Conclusion: P-VEP can objectively determine the degree of visual impairment in glaucoma.
