目的:对黑边假龙胆的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20和Rp-18反相柱色谱的方法分离和纯化化合物, 通过光谱方法及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为1-羟基-3, 7, 8-三甲氧基酮(1)、1,8-二羟基-3, 5-二甲氧基酮(2)、木犀草素(3)、β-胡萝卜苷(4)、海波拉亭(5)、1-羟基-3,5, 8-三甲氧基酮(6)、熊果酸(7)、雏菊叶龙胆(8)、木犀草素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)。结论:化合物 1~3、5~7、9均首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of black gentian. Methods: Compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and Rp-18 reversed-phase column chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods and physicochemical properties. Results: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as 1-hydroxy-3, 7,8-trimethoxyketone (1), 1,8-dihydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyketone (3), β-Daucosterin (4), Hyperbolamin (5), 1-hydroxy-3,5,8- trimethoxy ketone (6), ursolic acid Gall (8), luteolin-5-O-β-D-glucoside (9). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 3,5 ~ 7,9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
