目的考察市售维U颠茄铝胶囊的质量,确保人民用药安全有效。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测部分市售维U颠茄铝胶囊中颠茄提取物的含量。结果在考察的11个批次不同厂家生产的维U颠茄铝胶囊中,颠茄提取物含量低于国家标准的有4批,占总考察批次的36%,刚刚达标的有3批,占总考察批次的27%,两项共计63%。结论市售维U颠茄铝胶囊质量状况不容乐观,应加强管理。 Objective To investigate the quality of the commercially available U-belladonna aluminum capsule to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the drug for people. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of belladonna extract in some commercially available U-belladonna aluminum capsules. Results In the study of 11 batches of different manufacturers of Victoria U belladonna aluminum capsules, belladonna extract content below the national standard of 4 batches, accounting for 36% of the total inspection batches, just the standard of 3 batches, 27% of the total inspection batches, two total of 63%. Conclusion The quality status of U Victoria Belladonna capsule on the market is not optimistic and should be strengthened.
