为筛选出可有效防治五味子褐斑病的药剂,在实验室条件下,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了14种杀菌剂对五味子褐斑病菌的毒力作用。结果表明,供试药剂中64%噁霜灵.锰锌WP和400 g/L氟硅唑EC对五味子褐斑病菌毒力作用最强,EC50分别为0.07、0.81 mg/L。另外,250 g/L吡唑醚菌酯EC、60%乙霉威.多菌灵WP、50%醚菌酯WG、250g/L嘧菌酯SC、400 g/L嘧霉胺SC等药剂对病原菌的菌丝生长也具有较好的抑制作用,EC50<10.0 mg/L,可作为下一步田间药效试验的首选药剂。
