自从2008年世界性金融危机以来,在中国和美国,我们可以观察到两种截然不同的现象:美国的股票市场持续走强,道琼斯指数已经突破两万点,与危机发生时相比,翻了一倍多。但中国却正经历着一场房产泡沫,大中城市的房价自危机发生以来,平均上涨了一倍多。
Two distinct phenomena have been observed in China and the United States since the world financial crisis of 2008: the U.S. stock market continued to strengthen, the Dow Jones index has exceeded 20,000 points and doubled in comparison with the crisis More times. But China is experiencing a real estate bubble, housing prices in big and medium cities have more than doubled on average since the crisis.
