马钱子(番木鳖)味苦寒有大毒,经炮制后入药,归肝、脾、二经。有通经络、强筋骨、祛风湿、散结肿等功效、常用于治疗风寒痹痛,肢体偏瘫,跌打损伤,神经性疾病等,临床研究报道较多,现将其研究新进展综述如下。1 临床应用1.1 内科1.1.1 中风偏瘫 刘金池用制马钱子6—10g、僵蚕、全蝎、蜈蚣、当归、川芎、白芍、生地、桃仁、红花、丝瓜络、黄芪、附子治疗100例。 结果:痊愈24例,基本治愈33例,显效32例,进步11例,总有效率为100％。阎德
