目的:通过检测卵巢肿瘤患者尿液中miRNA-200c-3p表达水平,探讨尿液miRNA-200c-3p对卵巢肿瘤诊断的意义。方法:收集14例卵巢肿瘤患者的尿液样本,其中8例良性卵巢肿瘤与6例恶性卵巢癌患者,并选取6例健康人作为对照。采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测尿液中miRNA-200c-3p表达水平。结果:14例上皮性卵巢肿瘤组的miRNA-200c-3p表达与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性卵巢肿瘤组、良性卵巢肿瘤组和对照组尿液中miR-200c-3p含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.062)。ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.821,miR-200c-3p对于卵巢肿瘤的诊断灵敏度和特异度分别为63.7%和86.7%。结论:尿液中miRNA-200c-3p可能对卵巢肿瘤具有一定的诊断意义。
Objective: To detect the expression of miRNA-200c-3p in the urine of patients with ovarian cancer and to explore the significance of urine miRNA-200c-3p in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods: Urine samples from 14 patients with ovarian tumors were collected, including 8 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 6 cases of malignant ovarian cancer, and 6 healthy people were selected as control. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of miRNA-200c-3p in urine. Results: The expression of miRNA-200c-3p in 14 patients with epithelial ovarian tumor was significantly different from that in control group (P <0.05). The levels of miR-200c-3p in urine of malignant ovarian tumor, benign ovarian tumor and control group showed no significant difference (P = 0.062). The area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.821. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of miR-200c-3p for ovarian tumors were 63.7% and 86.7%, respectively. Conclusion: The miRNA-200c-3p in urine may have some diagnostic significance for ovarian tumors.
