针对细小直径圆管的特点,对经典的Nusselt分析进行修正,考虑凝结液膜弯曲引起的表面张力以及气液界面蒸气剪切力影响,建立变壁温条件下竖直细管内流动凝结换热的数学模型,从理论上探讨小管径下,沿程管壁温度和重力等作用因素对流动凝结影响程度发生的变化.实验检验证实分析模型的结果是可靠的.
Aiming at the characteristics of small diameter circular tube, the classical Nusselt analysis is modified to consider the surface tension caused by the bending of the condensate film and the influence of the vapor shear force on the gas-liquid interface. Mathematical model to theoretically investigate the effects of factors such as tube wall temperature and gravity on the flow condensation under small pipe diameter, and the experimental results confirm that the analytical model is reliable.
