在肿瘤病人的治疗中常能见到化疗药物对骨髓细胞有抑制作用,造成血细胞减少,严重者甚至影响化疗的进行。为了探索骨髓细胞对药物的敏感程度,本实验观察了8种常用抗癌药物(即:长春新硷、环胞苷、阿糖胞苷、阿霉素、氨甲喋呤、6-巯基嘌呤、6-硫代鸟嘌呤、三尖杉酯硷)对正常成人骨髓细胞的体外抑制率,以此反映骨髓细胞对上述药物的敏感性,供临床参考。
In the treatment of cancer patients can often see the chemotherapy drugs on the inhibition of bone marrow cells, resulting in cytopenias, and even worse, even the impact of chemotherapy. In order to explore the sensitivity of bone marrow cells to drugs, we observed the effects of eight commonly used anticancer drugs (vincristine, cytidine, cytarabine, doxorubicin, methotrexate, 6-mercaptopurine, Guanine, harringtonine) on normal adult bone marrow cells in vitro inhibition rate, in order to reflect the sensitivity of bone marrow cells to the above drugs for clinical reference.
