Objective To investigate the effects of weight-loss support system training on walking function, motor function and daily living ability in hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Sixty-five stroke patients with stroke were randomly divided into treatment group (31 cases) and control group (34 cases). The two groups were given routine rehabilitation therapy. On the basis of this, the treatment group was trained with the weight-loss support system, and functional walking scale (FAC), walking speed and walking length were used before treatment, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment respectively Indicators of walking function evaluation, simple Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale (FMA) for motor function evaluation, modified Barther index (MBI) for daily living evaluation. The differences of walking function, motor function and ability of daily living in patients with hemiplegia after training were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After 4 weeks of training, FAC score, average walking speed, average step length and FMA score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). After 8 weeks, FAC score, average walking speed, average step length and FMA score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01). The MBI of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group Group before significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion The training of weight-loss support system after ischemic stroke can significantly improve walking function, motor function and daily living ability in patients with hemiplegia.
