３３例大骨节病１１４个关节（２４８处）进行４７４针经皮骨穿刺减压治疗后，立即全部有效。经８ａ随访，关节晨僵消失、疼痛缓解、活动功能改善，恢复从事农业生产劳动能力者占７６％。本疗法为治疗现症大骨节病开辟了一条新途径，提供了一个简便、有效、经济的新方法。
Forty-three patients with Kashin-Beck disease (n = 248) underwent 474-pin percutaneous bone puncture and decompression, and were all effective immediately. Followed by 8a follow-up, morning stiffness disappeared, pain relief, functional improvement, recovery of agricultural production capacity of 76%. The treatment for the treatment of Kashin-Beck disease has opened up a new way to provide a simple, effective and economical new method.
