目的了解采供血机构从业人员岗位资格考核通过情况、影响因素,以便制定相应的辅导措施。方法通过全省各采供血机构发放调查表进行数据采集及根据本部门报表进行统计分析,并对未通过人员进行咨询,了解影响因素,制定培训方案及发放复习教材。结果经过统计分析,血站从业人员岗位资格考核通过率比采浆站从业人员岗位资格考核通过率高(2χ=5.66,P<0.05),采供血系统从业人员参加集中辅导通过率比未参加集中辅导的通过率高(2χ=10.5,P<0.01)。结论采供血机构从业人员岗位资格考核集中辅导对考核通过有一定的帮助,缺乏学习教材是影响采浆站从业人员考核通过率低的主要原因。
Objective To understand the adoption and influencing factors of post qualification examination for employees of blood collection and delivery agencies in order to formulate appropriate counseling measures. Methods Through the province’s blood supply agencies to issue questionnaires for data collection and statistical analysis of the departmental statements, and failed to consult personnel to understand the influencing factors, the development of training programs and the issue of review materials. Results After statistical analysis, the passing rate of post qualification examination for employees in blood stations was higher than that of job posts for plasma pulp stations (2χ = 5.66, P <0.05). The adoption rate of employees in intensive care and blood collection centers was higher than that in non-attendance centers The rate of counseling was high (2χ = 10.5, P <0.01). Conclusion The concentration counseling of staffs’ qualification examination of blood collection and delivery agencies has certain help to the examination and approval. The lack of learning materials is the main reason that affects the low pass rate of practitioners in the pulp and paper pulp factories.
