目的　探讨中低位直肠癌借助双吻合器行Dixon保肛手术的应用价值及相关问题。方法　回顾总结 32例中低位直肠癌采用EEA吻合器行低位前切除术。结果　全部病例随访 6个月至 3年 ,术后控便能力均良好。全组无吻合口漏 ,吻合口狭窄 2例 ,经扩肛后治愈。结论　对于中低位直肠癌 ,只要病例恰当 ,采用双钉吻合行低位前切除术 ,既达到根治目的 ,又可降低术后吻合口漏和吻合口狭窄的发生率 Objective To explore the application value and related problems of Dixon anus-suppression surgery for middle and low rectal cancer with double stapler. Methods 32 cases of low rectal cancer were reviewed retrospectively using EEA stapler for low anterior resection. Results All cases were followed up for 6 months to 3 years. The postoperative control ability was good. There was no anastomotic leakage in the whole group. Anastomotic stenosis was found in 2 cases and cured after anal expansion. Conclusions For middle and low rectal cancer, as long as the case is appropriate, the use of double screw anastomosis for low anterior resection can achieve the purpose of radical treatment, but also reduce the incidence of postoperative anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stenosis
