用自制MA—F肾保存液与HC—A肾保存液对10条犬20个肾脏进行低温灌洗保存,经四唑蓝还原反应、ATP酶和光镜检查作为肾保存效果指标。实验结果证明:MA—F组四唑蓝还原反应的120~144小时和HC—A组的72~96小时相似。ATP酶HC—A组72和96小时平均值为217和204μg分子磷/mg湿重/h,MA—F组为227—224μg分子磷/mg湿重/h(P<0.01,。光镜检查结果,HC—A组的96小时改变相当于MA—F组的72小时改变,证明本文所介绍的MA—F液在肾保存中能减缓对肾脏的损害。
Using homemade MA-F kidney preservation solution and HC-A kidney preservation solution, 10 dogs and 20 kidneys were subjected to low-temperature lavage preservation, and tetrazolium reduction reaction, ATPase and light microscopy were used as indexes for renal preservation. The experimental results show that the 120-144 hours of the tetrazolium reduction reaction in the MA-F group is similar to the 72-96 hours in the HC-A group. The ATPase HC-A group averaged 217 and 204 μg of molecular phosphorus/mg wet weight/h at 72 and 96 h, and 227-224 μg of molecular phosphorus/mg wet weight/h of MA-F group (P<0.01, light microscopy. As a result, the 96-hour change in the HC-A group was equivalent to the 72-hour change in the MA-F group, demonstrating that the MA-F fluid described in this article can slow the damage to the kidney during renal preservation.
