随着我国社会主义市场经济的蓬勃发展,我国的现代化企业制度建设也不断地取得进步。但是不可否认的是我国在企业管理方面仍然存在很多的问题,如企业的管理制度不完善,资源配置不合理,管理效率低下等等,这些问题也是推动我国加强现代化企业管理制度建设的动力。因此为了提高企业的竞争力,促进企业的健康良好发展,企业管理者必须对现代化制度进行完善和建设。本文就是针对现代化企业制度的建设与思考进行分析和研究,希望探寻出有效的措施为其企业管理者提供借鉴。
With the vigorous development of the socialist market economy in our country, the building of a modern enterprise system in our country has also made continuous improvements. However, it is undeniable that there are still many problems in business management in our country, such as the imperfect management system of enterprises, unreasonable allocation of resources, inefficiency of management and so on. These problems are also the impetus for our country to strengthen the construction of modern enterprise management system. Therefore, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the healthy and sound development of enterprises, managers of enterprises must improve and construct the modernized system. This article is to analyze and research the construction and thinking of the modern enterprise system, hoping to find out effective measures to provide reference for its managers.
