目的:研究哮喘时肺表面活性物质(pulmonarysurfactant,PS)系统超微结构的变化。方法:运用电子显微镜组织化学方法,对哮喘豚鼠PS系统进行观察。结果:致敏豚鼠诱发哮喘后即可见PS层失去连续性,呈现断裂或堆积;肺泡Ⅱ型细胞内板层小体、线粒体空泡化,少数发生坏死并崩解、脱落进入肺泡腔。结论:PS系统损伤在哮喘发生发展中可能有重要的意义。
Objective: To study the ultrastructural changes of pulmonarysurfactant (PS) system in asthma. Methods: Electron microscope histochemical methods were used to observe the PS system of asthmatic guinea pigs. Results: After the sensitized guinea pigs developed asthma, the PS layer lost its continuity and showed rupture or accumulation. The lamellar bodies and mitochondria of alveolar type Ⅱ cells were vacuolized, and a few necrotic and disintegrated into the alveolar space. Conclusion: PS system injury may play an important role in the development of asthma.
