镁铝炉顶砖的应用研究

从镁铝炉顶砖在使用中的变化情况来看,剥落断块(砖以50~110毫米断掉)是损坏一届炉顶的主要原因。剥落断块之所以产生,主要是由于在距砖内表面50~110毫米处富集了钙镁橄榄石,从而改变了该处砖的成份和性质之故。至于结构应力、热应力、内应力等只是造成砖断块的外力或表现形式。同时,在武钢条件下,熔蚀对顶吹氧气平炉顶也是一个不可忽视的因素。针对以上情况,特提出一些初步的改进意见。 From magnesia furnace roof brick changes in the use of the situation point of view, the spalling block (brick 50 to 110 mm off) is the main reason for damage to a roof. At the same time, under the condition of Wuhan Iron and Steel, the corrosion of top-blowing oxygen level roof is also a factor can not be ignored. In view of the above situation, put forward some preliminary suggestions for improvement.
