【正】最近,《中国电大教育》正在研究考试问题,对考试制度的根本改革进行研究、探讨。本文只就电大考试制度的一些具体问题谈些粗浅的看法,这不是“舍本求末”,而是想以“末”来促“本”,使电大考试制度更加完善。 保证教学质量是全面贯彻党的教育方针的核心,严格考试制度,严格成绩考核,则是保证教学质量的重要措施。广播电视大学声誉高,这是与它的教育质量高密切相关的,而电大的教育质量高,又与它有一套严格的考试制度是分不开的。
