目的:调查乳腺癌患者告知父母癌症诊断前后的心理体验。方法:采用质性研究方法,以半结构式的开放性访谈问卷对19例乳腺癌患者进行个体化深入访谈,运用内容分析法分析资料。结果:多数访谈对象经历了由不告知到告知的过程。告知前的心理体验包括担心增加父母心理负担、担心影响父母身体健康、认为父母帮不上忙、心里委屈、心累;告知后出现正性和负性的心理体验,正性心理体验包括父母比想象中坚强、亲密感增加、心理负担降低;负性心理体验包括愧对父母、束缚感。结论:乳腺癌患者告知父母癌症诊断前的负性心理体验较多,告知后的心理体验较复杂,但以正性心理体验为主。护理人员应了解患者不同阶段的心理感受,帮助其建立良好的家庭支持系统。
Objectives: To investigate breast cancer patients to inform their parents before and after the diagnosis of cancer psychological experience. Methods: A qualitative study was conducted to investigate 19 cases of breast cancer patients with individualized in-depth interviews with semi-structured open-ended questionnaire, and to analyze the data by content analysis. Results: Most interviewees experienced the process of not being informed. Pre-informed psychological experience, including increased worry about the psychological burden of parents, worried about affecting the health of parents, that parents can not help, heart grievances, tired heart; to inform positive and negative after the emergence of psychological experience, positive psychological experience, including parents than parents Strong imagination, increased intimacy, lower psychological burden; negative psychological experience, including shame on parents, sense of bondage. Conclusion: Patients with breast cancer told their parents before cancer diagnosis of negative psychological experience more informed psychological experience is more complicated, but the main positive psychological experience. Nursing staff should understand the different stages of the patient’s psychological feelings, to help establish a good family support system.
