混凝土空心大板住宅建筑山墙板裂缝是长期来存在的一个普遍而需解决的问题。问题产生的主因乃是温差及混凝土收缩所引起的变形。因此,提高大板抗裂能力的方向是:一方面减少温差及收缩的影响,如在山墙外做遮阳的花格墙,在外墙面涂刷反辐射热层,设外廊遮阳等;另一方面提高墙体材料的极限拉伸和抗拉强度,如提高混凝土标号,施加预应力钢筋等;与此同时,提高墙板施工质量。为解决混凝土空心大板的裂缝问题,我们在南宁市构件厂、市建一公司的配合下,做了西山墙板抗裂性能对比试验。一、试验概述 (一)预应力混凝土空心西山墙板共6块,墙板宽4.2米和3.0米各3块,高均为2.8米,混凝土标号
Cracks in concrete hollow slab residential building gables are a common and long-term problem to be solved. Therefore, the direction of improving the crack resistance of large slabs is to reduce the effects of temperature difference and shrinkage, such as the use of a wall of shade outside the gables, the application of anti-radiation hot layers on the outer wall, and the setting of shade on the outer gallery; On the other hand, to improve the ultimate tensile strength and tensile strength of wall materials, such as increasing the number of concrete and applying prestressed steel bars; at the same time, improve the quality of wallboard construction. In order to solve the problem of cracks in concrete hollow slabs, we conducted a comparative test of the crack resistance of Xishan wall panels with the cooperation of the Nanning Component Factory and the City Construction Company. I. Test Overview (1) Prestressed Concrete Hollow West Mountain Wallboard consists of 6 panels, each with a width of 4.2 meters and 3.0 meters each, with a height of 2.8 meters.
