规范化管理是仓储管理的发展方向,也是提高仓储管理水平的有效手段。威海市粮食系统自1991年开始致力于“标准化、规范化储粮单位”建设工作以来,经过十年来的研究、探索和实践,积累了一些经验,取得了一定成绩。全市规范化储粮单位占总储粮单位的96％,仓储管理水平不断提高,在山东省粮食系统连年检查中均名列前茅。1999年5月威海市被国家粮食储备局授予“全国粮油仓储先进单位”。他们在规范化储粮单位建设工作中主要抓了以下工作:
Standardized management is the development direction of warehouse management, but also an effective means to improve the level of warehouse management. Since 1991, Weihai Food System has accumulated a great deal of experience and made some achievements after ten years of research, exploration and practice since its establishment of “standardization and standardization grain storage unit”. The city’s standardized grain storage unit accounted for 96% of the total grain storage units, storage management continues to improve, in food inspection in Shandong Province in successive years are among the best. In May 1999, Weihai City was honored as “National Grain and Oil Storage Advanced Unit” by the State Grain Reserve Bureau.
