目的为减少门诊患者退药提供参考。方法着重从医师、收费、药房和患者自身等方面来分析退药产生的原因以及减少退药事件发生所采取的相应措施。结果药物不良反应,医患沟通不够,医师、收款员业务不熟练,药库备药不足,患者自身原因等都是导致药品发出后再退掉的主要因素。结论加强医患沟通、做好专业培训,提高医师诊疗质量,建立退药制度、规范退药流程才可以减少退药,确保用药的安全、有效、经济、合理。
Objective To reduce the withdrawal of outpatients provide a reference. The method focuses on the analysis of the causes of withdrawal and the corresponding measures taken to reduce the occurrence of withdrawal from physicians, fees, pharmacies and patients themselves. Results Drug adverse reactions, inadequate communication between doctors and patients, unskilled doctors and cashiers, inadequate preparation of drugstores and patients’ own reasons were the main factors leading to drug withdrawal. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the communication between doctors and patients, improve professional training, improve the quality of physicians’ diagnosis and treatment, establish a withdrawal system and regulate the withdrawal procedure so as to reduce withdrawal and ensure the safety, effectiveness, economy and reasonableness of the medication.
