中联橡胶(集团)总公司近期在总公司内部实施人事制度改革,实行竞聘上岗。公司中层干部有上有下,调整面为40%;部门职工调整面为18%;对落聘人员做了妥善安置。此次改革使职工认识到今后不会再有铁交椅、铁饭碗,干多干少不一样,从而增强了紧迫感,危机感和竞争意识?
China United Rubber (Group) Corporation recently implemented the reform of the personnel system within the head office and implemented a competition for posts.
