在锻造双联齿轮和“工”字形盘形类零件锻坯时,通常采用预锻和终锻两次锻造工艺。即将棒料先预锻成“T”字形毛坯,再在三开模上终锻成“工”字形形状。三开模也就是锻造这类毛坯终锻成形的组合锻模,其结构如图1、2所示。在使用三开模终锻成形中,经常会遇到由于三开模块的互换性差,造成锻造毛坯表面有三条明显凸起的筋,甚至端面高低不平,外圆大小不一,严重地影响了锻坯表面质量,使锻坯尺寸达不到工艺要求,给机械加工带来困难。因此,如何解决三开模块的互换性问题对提高锻坯表面质量,提高劳动生产率,减少锻模损耗,降低产品成本,有极重要的意义。一、三开模块互换性分析三开模块的互换性有两种情况:一种是每副之中的三块互换;另一种是任意互换。解决了后一种情况,前者也迎刃而解了。为了解决三开模块的任意互换性问题,应先分析
