目的:本研究将早期种植技术应用于种植临床,评价其成功率和疗效。方法:针对2009年3月以来拔牙4-6周后(但不足3个月)前来就诊的患者,我们为其常规植入种植体,最终完成种植义齿修复,通过定期随访、口腔内软硬组织检查、咬合检查、X线检查等评价种植义齿的修复效果及成功率。结果:采用早期种植技术修复的33个病例,明显缩短了种植修复的疗程,降低了治疗费用,提高了患者满意率,均取得了良好的临床修复效果。讨论:对于拟行种植修复者,传统方法是拔牙后3个月、拔牙窝愈合后再行种植。然而,拔牙后可导致牙槽骨的迅速吸收,导致种植区域骨量不足。本研究所应用的早期种植技术,既使得拔牙窝局部炎症得以恢复,软组织创口关闭,又避免了拔牙窝周围骨质的过多丧失,明显缩短了疗程。结论:在掌握好适应症的前提下,早期种植可以达到良好的修复效果,可以在种植临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: In this study, early planting techniques were applied to clinical implantation to evaluate the success rate and curative effect. METHODS: For patients who came to the clinic 4-6 weeks after their tooth extraction (but less than 3 months) since March 2009, we routinely implant the implant and finally implant denture restoration. Through regular follow-up, Tissue examination, bite check, X-ray examination, etc. Evaluation of implant denture repair effect and success rate. Results: The 33 cases repaired by early planting technique significantly shortened the course of implant repair, reduced the treatment cost and improved the patient satisfaction rate. All achieved good clinical repair results. Discussion: For the proposed restoration of prosthesis, the traditional method is 3 months after tooth extraction, tooth extraction and healing after implantation. However, tooth extraction can lead to rapid absorption of alveolar bone, resulting in lack of bone in the planting area. The early planting techniques used in this study not only restored the local inflammation of the tooth extraction site but also closed the soft tissue wound and avoided the excessive loss of bone around the tooth extraction socket, which significantly shortened the course of treatment. Conclusion: In the premise of mastering indications, early planting can achieve good repair effect, which can be popularized in clinical application.
