为满足北京市大气环境质量要求,优化首都能源结构和城市发展提供清洁高效的集中热源,促进首都绿色经济、低碳经济和循环经济的发展,北京市多年前就规划燃气-蒸汽联合循环热电联产机组。自从2005年中国能建浙江省火电建设公司承建北京奥运会配套电力工程——北京太阳宫燃气热电厂以来,先后承建了华能北京热电联产扩建工程、北京草桥燃气联合循环热电厂二期工程、北京京能未来科技城燃气热电联产、北京东北热电中心京能燃气热电厂工程,后4个热电联产项目建设规模如表1所示。
