目的了解贵州省正安县肺结核患者HIV感染情况。方法对2007-2013年在正安县疾控中心新登记的2414例结核病患者进行HIV抗体筛查,阳性者由遵义市疾控中心确证。结果 2 414例肺结核患者中确证出6例HIV抗体阳性者,阳性率为0.25%。结论 2007-2013年正安县新登记的结核病患者中筛查出有HIV抗体阳性,应加大TB/HIV患者的双向筛查及管理。 Objective To understand HIV infection in patients with tuberculosis in Zheng’an County, Guizhou Province. Methods A total of 2414 TB patients newly registered in Zheng’an CDC from 2007 to 2013 were screened for HIV antibody. The positive cases were confirmed by CDC of Zunyi City. Results A total of 6 414 HIV-positive cases were confirmed in 2 414 pulmonary tuberculosis patients, with a positive rate of 0.25%. Conclusion 2007-2013 Newly registered tuberculosis patients in Zheng’an County were screened for positive HIV antibody. Two-way screening and management of TB / HIV patients should be strengthened.
