本研究用动情前期、动情期、动情后期、动情间期雌性小鼠各5只。取子宫,入4%中性甲醛固定,做石蜡切片,用pH0.5的0.5%甲苯胺蓝染色。对动情周期各期子宫壁内的肥大细胞进行观察和计数,并用方差分析法检验各期肥大细胞数量差异的显著性。结果表明,小鼠子宫肥大细胞主要分布在子宫肌层,在子宫内膜极少。肥大细胞数量,随动情周期有所变化。在动情后期数量最多,在动情前期数量最少,二者之间差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。动情前期分别同动情间期和动情期比较,也都有显著的差异(P<0.05)。本文对小鼠动情周期子宫肥大细胞数量变化的机制进行了讨论。
In this study, with pre-estrus, estrus, late estrus, estrus interval of 5 female mice. Take the uterus, fixed in 4% formaldehyde, paraffin sections, with 0.5% 0.5% toluidine blue staining. The mast cells in the uterine wall of estrous cycle were observed and counted, and the significance of the number of mast cells in different stages was tested by ANOVA. The results showed that mouse uterine mast cells are mainly distributed in the myometrium, rarely in the endometrium. Mast cell number, with the estrous cycle has changed. In the latter part of estrus, the largest number of estrus in the early stage of the least, the difference between the two were highly significant (P <0.01). There were also significant differences in estrus before and during estrus (P <0.05). This article discusses the mechanism of changes in the number of uterine mast cells in estrous cycle.
