本文观察了不同时期矽肺、煤矽肺患者肺泡巨噬细胞化学发光、脂质过氧化物及超氧化物歧化酶的改变。结果表明,矽肺、煤矽肺患者肺泡巨噬细胞活性氧产生增加,脂质过氧化物含量增加。当患者肺泡巨噬细胞在体内重新受到石英粉尘刺激时,活性产生无变化,说明患者肺泡巨噬细胞由于长期受肺泡内或肺泡巨噬细胞内粉尘的作用,一直处于应激状态;而超氧化物歧化酶活性的升高,也证明了患者肺泡巨噬细胞处于代偿状态。进一步说明了活性氧自由基在矽肺的发展过程中起着重要的作用。
In this paper, we observed the changes of alveolar macrophages chemiluminescence, lipid peroxides and superoxide dismutase in patients with silicosis and coal silicosis at different stages. The results showed that the reactive oxygen species of alveolar macrophages increased and the content of lipid peroxides increased in patients with silicosis and coal silicosis. When the patient alveolar macrophages in the body to be stimulated again by quartz dust, the activity produced no change, indicating that patients with alveolar macrophages due to long-term exposure to alveolar or alveolar macrophage dust, has been in a state of stress; and superoxide Increased activity of dismutase, also proved that patients with alveolar macrophages in a compensatory state. It further shows that reactive oxygen species play an important role in the development of silicosis.
