先天性膈疝是新生儿常见的消化道畸形,先天性膈疝在新生儿中的发病率约为1/2000,以男婴多见,该病发病急,易误诊,死亡率较高。从1992年1月~2009年1月,我院共收治30例该病患儿,现将其诊断与治疗情况总结如下。资料与方法一、一般资料:本组30例患儿,左侧25例,右侧5例,男性20例,女 Congenital diaphragmatic hernia is a common neonatal gastrointestinal malformations, the incidence of congenital diaphragmatic hernia in neonates is about 1/2000, more common in male infants, the disease is acute, easily misdiagnosed, the mortality rate is higher. From January 1992 to January 2009, our hospital received a total of 30 cases of children with the disease, now the diagnosis and treatment are summarized below.
