煤炭,一种与人们的生产生活有着密切的联系的矿物。新能源开发的程度有限,因此,煤炭依然是我们当前所能够使用能源的第一选择。煤质的好坏对于煤炭的使用来说具有关键作用。传统煤质检测分析的方法存在着工作效率低、检测成本高、后续处理繁杂以及不环保等问题。相对于传统检测,近红外光谱技术在煤质检测分析方面,具有操作简单、分析成本低、准确性高等优势,故而更加适合用于煤质检测分析工作。本文就目前近红外光谱技术在煤质检测分析中的应用情况进行了探讨,并大胆做出了一定的展望,以期与大家共同交流进步。
Coal, a mineral that has a close connection with people’s lives. Due to the limited extent of new energy development, coal remains the number one choice we currently have access to energy. The quality of coal plays a key role in the use of coal. The traditional method of coal quality testing and analysis has the problems of low work efficiency, high testing cost, complex follow-up treatment and non-environmental protection. Compared with the traditional detection, near infrared spectroscopy has the advantages of simple operation, low analysis cost and high accuracy in the detection and analysis of coal, so it is more suitable for the detection and analysis of coal quality. In this paper, the application of near infrared spectroscopy in the detection and analysis of coal quality is discussed, and a certain prospect is boldly made in the hope of sharing and improving with everyone.
