以遵义医学院附属医院为例,通过查阅相关资料及现场调研等方式了解贵州省基层卫生人才现状,客观全面分析其基层医疗卫生人才数量、质量、结构及培训需求等,按照长远发展与当前需求相结合的原则,根据新医改对公立医院的要求,结合医院实际开展的住院医师及全科医师规范化培训、基层骨干医师培训及县级医院院长管理培训、对口帮扶、医院托管帮扶、双向转诊帮扶等多种方式的培训工作,以探索大型公立医院在基层卫生人才培养中的作用,取得了显著效果,为提升贵州省基层医疗卫生服务效能做了一些贡献。
