目的：探讨星形细胞瘤的增殖活性与组织学分级间的关系。方法：应用免疫组化技术对５４例脑星形细胞瘤增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）和核仁组成区相关嗜银蛋白（ＡｇＮＯＲ）进行定量分析。结果：ＰＣＮＡ标记指数阳性率对照组与各组间差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＡｇＮＯＲ平均计数及类型与组织学分级差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：ＡｇＮＯＲ、ＰＣＮＡ检测均能反映脑星形细胞瘤的恶性程度，可做为评估星形细胞瘤增殖活性指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the proliferative activity and histological grade of astrocytomas. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to quantitatively analyze the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 54 cases of astrocytomas and AgNOR of nucleolar organizer regions. Results: The positive rate of PCNA marker index in the control group was significantly different from that in the control group (P <0.01). The average AgNOR count, type and histological grade were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion: The detection of AgNOR and PCNA both can reflect the degree of malignancy of astrocytoma and can be used as an index to evaluate the proliferation activity of astrocytomas.
