器官广泛切除常引起生体机能紊乱。肝脏能量代谢对维持其功能储备甚为重要。为了观察将某个重要器官全部或大部切除后,肝脏能量负荷所受到的即刻和后遗的影响,本文作者进行了前瞻性研究。结果提示同等严重度的外科手术可导致不同程度的影响;实质上,影响肝能量负荷的是全部或大部切除的器官种类和所在部位。
Extensive resection of organs often leads to organ dysfunction. Liver energy metabolism is important to maintain its functional reserve. In order to observe the immediate and subsequent effects of hepatic energy load after resection of all or most of a major organ, the authors conducted a prospective study. The results suggest that the same severity of surgery can lead to varying degrees of impact; in essence, the impact of liver energy load is the total or total removal of the organ species and location.
