以脱毒怀地黄为试材,对多效唑不同喷施浓度处理下脱毒怀地黄叶片光合色素含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、相对电导率(REC)等的变化进行了研究。结果表明:多效唑不同喷施浓度处理的脱毒怀地黄叶片光合色素含量,SOD、POD、CAT活性均高于对照,而REC均低于对照;脱毒怀地黄叶片光合色素含量,SOD、POD、CAT活性均随多效唑浓度的增加而逐渐提高,浓度为200mg/L时效果最好;REC随多效唑处理浓度的增加逐渐减小。
With detoxification of Rehmannia glutinosa as test material, the photosynthetic pigment content, peroxidase (POD) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, catalase CAT activity, relative conductivity (REC) and other changes were studied. The results showed that the contents of photosynthetic pigment, SOD, POD and CAT of detoxified Rehmannia glutinosa leaves treated with different concentrations of paclobutrazol were all higher than those of the control, but REC were lower than that of the control. The photosynthetic pigment content, SOD, POD, CAT activity increased with the increase of the concentration of paclobutrazol, and the best was at the concentration of 200 mg / L. REC decreased with the increase of the concentration of paclobutrazol.
