揭示肿瘤内环境对局部浸润细胞比例改变的可能作用。方法 采用体外细胞培养及单克隆抗体标记的方法研究胶质瘤提取物对正常人外周血单个核细胞 ( PBMC)的影响。结果 肿瘤提取物可明显抑制植物血凝素 ( PHA)促 PBMC增殖和白细胞介素 - 2 ( IL- 2 )的诱生 ,且不被外源性 IL- 2逆转。结论 胶质瘤可破坏血脑屏障 ,外周血 T淋巴细胞随机渗入 ,肿瘤细胞可释放某种物质抑制 TH 细胞产生 IL- 2 ,进而抑制 TH 细胞的克隆性扩增 ,导致 CD+ 4/CD+ 8比例倒置
Reveal the possible role of the tumor environment on the proportion of locally infiltrating cells. Methods The effects of glioma extract on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of normal people were studied by in vitro cell culture and monoclonal antibody labeling. Results Tumor extracts significantly inhibited phytohemagglutinin (PHA) - induced PBMC proliferation and interleukin - 2 (IL - 2) induction and were not reversed by exogenous IL - 2. Conclusions Glioma can damage the blood-brain barrier. Peripheral blood T lymphocytes are randomly infiltrated.
