对水产品中硝基呋喃类代谢物的残留量进行测定。试验采用2-硝基苯甲醛衍生化,液相色谱串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定水产品中硝基呋喃类代谢物。在浓度为(0.5~20)μg/kg的线性范围内,相关系数>0.996,定量限(LQD)为0.25μg/kg,检出限(LOD)为0.5μg/kg。在添加的质量浓度为1μg/kg,2μg/kg,5μg/kg时,平均回收率在89.1%~103.2%,相对标准偏差<5%。液相色谱串联质谱法定量准确,可用于水产品中硝基呋喃类代谢物的测定。
Residues of nitrofurans metabolites in aquatic products were determined. Nitro-furan metabolites in aquatic products were determined by 2-nitrobenzaldehyde derivatization and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS). The correlation coefficient was> 0.996, the limit of quantitation (LQD) was 0.25μg / kg and the limit of detection (LOD) was 0.5μg / kg in the linear range of (0.5-20) μg / kg. The average recovery was 89.1% ~ 103.2% at the concentration of 1μg / kg, 2μg / kg and 5μg / kg with the relative standard deviation <5%. Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry quantitative and accurate, can be used for determination of nitrofuran metabolites in aquatic products.
