我厂是生产水磨石的大型企业,年产量74万 m~2,耗水40万 t,耗电500万 kWh,在建材系统属耗水耗电大户。过去车间生产用水属管网直供超压供水方式,由 Y 系列立式45kW 电机配备250JC80型深井水泵通过管网向生产年间直接供给,其间无水塔、水罐等任何附属设施,正常水压0.6MPa,为了节约水资源,在主管上加开旁路回流口。长期以来利用水流回灌方式,控制0.3MPa供水压力,但由于深升泵电机转速不能随供水压力的变化而改变,大量的电能因做无用功而
Our factory is a large-scale enterprise producing terrazzo, with an annual output of 740,000 m~2, water consumption of 400,000 tons, and power consumption of 5 million kWh. The building materials system is a big consumer of water consumption. In the past, the workshop production water was supplied directly to the overpressured water supply system through the pipe network. The Y series vertical 45kW motors were equipped with 250JC80 deep well pumps through the pipe network and supplied directly to the production year.
