独联体雷宾斯克航空工艺研究所对3X2B8φ钢和4X5MφC钢制造的压铸模压制25000~27000次后成形阴模工作表面出现热疲劳裂纹进行了研究.X-射线结构分析结果表明,3X2B8φ钢阴模工作表面残余应力(280~350MPa)比4X5MφC钢阴模(170~230MPa)高0.5~1倍.4X5MφC钢的显微硬度(300~400H)明显低于3X2B8φ钢(550~600H).
