腐植酸(HA)是自然界中分布最广的生物聚合体之一,存在于土壤、泥炭、褐煤、风化煤、天然水及海水中,是一组具有芳香结构,对重金属离子有很强吸附能力的多聚酚羧酸类物质,可与金属离子形成可溶性或不溶性络合物。它与植物体内某些矿物质和元素的储存、传递及自然环境中重金属离子的沉积和迁移都有直接的关系。本文根据天然腐植酸的结构特点,在中国对虾人工育苗中作水质改良剂,结果发现,它不仅可将水环境中游离的金属离子络合成稳定的整合物,消除其对生物的毒害,起到净化和调节水质的作用;还发现施加HA后,能促进水体中单细胞藻繁殖,增加了基础饵料,从而提高亲虾的产卵量、孵化率、变态率等。现将作者于
