低碳公路交通是建设低碳城市的重要环节.目前,国内外专家学者从各种角度进行丰富的理论与实践研究,但是针对公路交通低碳化的评价模型比较缺乏.本文运用层次分析法构建公路交通低碳化评价模型,深入探讨公路交通的路网结构、规模、管理、效率、耗能以及排碳之间的关系,并结合气候因素和公民出行行为对公路交通高碳原因进行分析.并以黑龙江省为例进行公路交通低碳化评价.结果表明,黑龙江省公路交通低碳化程度为46.09%,低等级公路和等外公路比例过高、通达性低等不合理路网结构是黑龙江省公路交通高碳的主要原因;同时,公路交通管理效率低和寒地气候影响是黑龙江省公路交通高碳的重要原因.
Low-carbon highway traffic is an important link in the construction of low-carbon city.At present, domestic and foreign experts and scholars from all angles to carry out rich theoretical and practical research, but for low-carbon highway traffic evaluation model is relatively scarce.This paper uses analytic hierarchy process This paper evaluates the low carbonization of transportation and discusses in depth the relationship among road network structure, scale, management, efficiency, energy consumption and carbon emissions of road traffic, and analyzes the causes of high carbon in highway traffic by combining climate factors and citizen travel behavior. Heilongjiang Province as an example to evaluate the low carbonization of highway traffic.The results show that the low carbonization degree of highway traffic in Heilongjiang Province is 46.09%, the proportion of low grade highway and extra-terrain highway is too high and the accessibility is not reasonable. The road network structure is Heilongjiang Province road traffic The main reason for high carbon; the same time, low efficiency of road traffic management and climate impact of cold climate in Heilongjiang Province, an important reason for high-carbon highway traffic.
