报道63例孔源性视网膜脱离采用现代常规视网膜脱离手术并在区级医院住院手术。其复位率为95.24％。其中简单型孔源性视网膜脱离(即PVRD前)为59只眼,占92.19％;复杂性视网膜脱离5只眼。占7.81％。前者复位率达100％,后者仅40％(限于条件无玻璃体切割气液交换设备)。提出在全国大、中城市及边远地区普及推广现代常规视网膜脱离手术的必要性与可行性的观点。
Reported 63 cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment using modern routine retinal detachment surgery and hospitalization in district hospitals. The reset rate was 95.24%. The simple type of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (that is, before PVRD) was 59 eyes, accounting for 92.19%; complicated retinal detachment in 5 eyes. Accounting for 7.81%. The former reset rate of 100%, the latter only 40% (limited to the conditions without vitreous cutting gas-liquid exchange equipment). Put forward the idea of popularizing and popularizing the necessity and feasibility of modern routine retinal detachment surgery in large, medium-sized cities and remote areas across the country.
