介绍了一种基于半导体激光器调制特性的实用化宽带模拟光纤传输系统及其结构组成和实测性能。该系统的-3dB带宽为30kHz~1.1GHz,非线性小于±5%的动态范围不小于40dB,输出噪声峰峰值小于5mV。具有频带宽、动态范围大、输出噪声低、抗电磁干扰能力强等特点,可用于复杂电磁环境下的亚纳秒脉冲信号传输。
A practical wideband analog optical fiber transmission system based on the modulation characteristics of semiconductor lasers and its structure and performance are introduced. The system’s -3dB bandwidth of 30kHz ~ 1.1GHz, nonlinear less than ± 5% of the dynamic range of not less than 40dB, peak output noise less than 5mV. With the characteristics of frequency bandwidth, large dynamic range, low output noise and strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability, it can be used for sub-nanosecond pulse signal transmission under complicated electromagnetic environment.
