随着电能的广泛应用,电磁场对环境的污染及其对人体健康的影响越来越被人们所关注。为了探讨不同高压电场强度对机体的影响,本文采用心肌细胞膜ATP酶活性测定的方法测定了三种电场强度(50千伏/米、100千伏/米和200千伏/米)下暴露 60天(每天2小时)的家兔心肌细胞膜ATP酶(以下简称心肌膜酶)的活性。结果表明,不同电场强度的作用可使家兔心肌膜酶受到程度不同的影响,这说明不同场强的作用对机体的心肌代谢功能有某种影响。
With the extensive application of electric energy, the environmental pollution of the electromagnetic field and its impact on human health have drawn more and more attention. In order to investigate the effect of different high-voltage electric fields on the body, we measured the intensity of three electric fields (50 kV, 100 kV / 200 kV / m) for 60 days (2 hours a day) of rabbit myocardial membrane ATPase (hereinafter referred to as myocardial membrane enzyme) activity. The results showed that the effect of different electric field intensity could affect the myocardial membrane enzymes in rabbits to varying degrees, indicating that the different field strengths have some effect on myocardial metabolic function.
