位置度误差是形位公差测量中的重要项目,但按照最小条件确定位置度误差,在实际工作中却遇到很大的困难,主要是计算量大、数据处理精度低。我们用微型计算机与万能工具显微镜组成联机数据处理系统,可以较好地解决上述问题。由于微型机数据处理功能较差,在数学模型的建立上应有独特之处。本文简略地介绍了联机数据处理系统的结构,着重介绍了微机数据处理的数学模型的原理、筛选原理和软件设计流程图。该数学模型可简化计算程序,可用较少的内存,较快的速度进行均布孔位置度误差的计算。
The position error is an important item in measuring the form and position tolerance. However, the determination of the position error according to the minimum condition has encountered great difficulties in the actual work, mainly due to the large amount of calculation and the low data processing precision. We use micro-computer and universal tool microscope on-line data processing system, you can better solve the above problems. Due to the poor function of microcomputer data processing, it should be unique in the establishment of mathematical model. This article briefly introduces the structure of online data processing system, focuses on the principle of mathematical model of computer data processing, screening principle and software design flow chart. The mathematical model can simplify the calculation procedure, and can calculate the position error of uniform holes with less memory and faster speed.
