高分辨率液晶显示器的EMC设计

针对高分辨率液晶显示器应满足的电磁兼容(EMC)要求,提出了高分辨液晶显示器的电磁兼容设计方案。基于各种复杂电磁环境分析高分辨率液晶显示器应该满足的电磁兼容试验,提出了以下3个措施:(1)高分辨率液晶显示器的外壳采用铝合金,高分辨率液晶屏显示面采用镀膜屏蔽玻璃,在镀膜屏蔽玻璃和外壳之间填充导电材料并确保导电连续,电缆端口采用屏蔽接头,外壳良好接地;(2)电源滤波器安装在电源入口且电源滤波器需要屏蔽,该屏蔽体应与外壳良好搭接;(3)在电源滤波器与电源板之间上设置电涌保护装置和静电放电保护装置。试验结果表明:高分辨率液晶显示器通过了各项电磁兼容试验,符合设计要求。 In order to meet the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements of high resolution liquid crystal displays, the electromagnetic compatibility design scheme of high resolution liquid crystal displays is proposed.
