汽车供应链包括供应商、整车生产厂和分销商三大类。汽车制造企业与零部件供应商、各级零部件供应商之间都越来越注重形成更为紧密的战略合作伙伴关系。本文根据我国汽车行业供应链管理现状,分析汽车生产商与零部件供应商在合作过程中出现的各种问题,并提出双方通过建立战略合作伙伴关系以清除合作中的障碍,促进双方更好的合作与发展。
Automotive supply chain, including suppliers, vehicle manufacturers and distributors three categories. Automobile manufacturers and parts suppliers, suppliers at all levels are more and more focus on the formation of a closer strategic partnership. Based on the current situation of supply chain management in the automotive industry in China, this paper analyzes various problems that arise in the process of cooperation between automobile manufacturers and parts suppliers. It also proposes that both sides should establish strategic partnership to clear obstacles in cooperation and promote better cooperation between the two parties Cooperation and development.
