针对国际物流网络设计中忽视连续需求下库存成本影响问题,基于梯级库存持有成本和产品的价值增值过程,建立了连续需求下包含关税成本的多层级选址-库存模型。模型考虑了设施打开成本、运输成本、库存成本、采购成本、生产成本和关税成本之间的相互影响关系,同时对网络结构参数、运输量和订货批量进行决策。利用粒子群优化算法对多个不同的算例进行了求解。算例结果表明:在国际物流网络设计中,考虑关税影响能够带来明显的成本节约,而且随着需求、单位运输成本和库存成本的增加,这种节约会增大;建立的模型和设计的粒子群优化算法是有效和可行的,可以用于国际物流网络设计。
Aiming at the neglect of the impact of inventory cost under continuous demand in the design of international logistics network, a multi-level site-inventory model with continuous reduction of tariff costs is established based on the holding cost of cascade inventory and the value-added process of products. The model considers the interaction between facility opening costs, transportation costs, inventory costs, procurement costs, production costs and customs costs, and makes decisions on network structure parameters, transportation quantities and order quantities. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve many different cases. The results of the example show that in the design of international logistics network, the impact of tariff can bring significant cost savings, and this saving will increase with the increase of demand, unit transportation cost and inventory cost. The established model and design Particle swarm optimization algorithm is effective and feasible, can be used for international logistics network design.
